Tensions erupted in Mumbai’s Mazgaon area after eggs were allegedly thrown during the arrival of a Ganpati procession leading to clashes between two groups, said officials on Monday.
Two MLAs including Anil Jha, the current MLA from Kirari, Delhi, and Abhay Patel, a Karnataka MLA were among six people who sustained minor injuries in a road accident at Delhi’s ITO on Sunday night. The accident occurred around 9:30 pm when two cars collided near the PWD office in central Delhi. As per police, a Swift car travelling from Laxmi Nagar towards ITO hit the divider and after crossing the railing, collided with the Innova coming from ITO towards Laxmi Nagar.
