Vizag steel plant blast: Five workers killed after molten iron spills, rescue operations underway

A major industrial accident at the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant in Andhra Pradesh claimed the lives of at least five workers on Monday after molten iron spilled during a lifting operation inside the facility.
